The Michael of Nebadon Institute is a non-governmental organization, of private law, with purposes and objectives oriented towards public and social interest.
Excellence is the commitment to achieving the highest standards of quality and efficiency in providing non-governmental public services, serving the local, regional, national, and international human community, regardless of social classes.
The continuous pursuit of Excellence is a fundamental quality of our Servers, encouraged and aspired to by the High Administration of the Michael of Nebadon Institute.
What is the Purpose?
The human, material, intellectual, and monetary resources contributed to the Institute become part of the living and collective heritage of the Human Community. These resources are managed, administered, and reinvested through the strategic gears of our Investment Company, directed towards social, professional, personal, and entrepreneurial projects that align with the Institute's statutory objectives and purposes.
Categories
The High Administration of the Institute, as outlined in the Internal Regulations*, has subdivided its Servers into three categories:
> Counselor Servers,
> Resident Servers,
> Volunteer Servers.
Resident Servers
Resident Servers are members of the Human Community selected to serve permanently and on a full-time basis. They operate in the headquarters, campuses, offices, and agencies of the Michael of Nebadon Institute, being governed by the norms and principles established in the Statute and the Internal Regulation, which detail the guidelines to be accepted and followed by all.
Volunteer Servers
Volunteer Servers are members of the human community registered with the Institute and selected to temporarily join teams for work, projects, and social actions. They may serve on a part-time or full-time basis in the headquarters, campuses, offices, agencies, or directly within the community, depending on the nature of the service provided. During their period of service, they are governed by the norms and principles established in the Statute and the Internal Regulation.
Heritage
The Michael of Nebadon Institute staff is an integral part of the common heritage of the Human Community. For this reason, it is incompatible with individual interests aimed at forming private assets, especially in the use of resources contributed to and managed by the Institute.
UNIVERSAL
A Life Decision
Becoming a Permanent Resident Server of the Michael of Nebadon Institute is a commitment to Serving the Human Community. This decision must stem from an intimate and personal choice of the volunteer.
It is a path with a beginning, a middle and, although it has an end, it transcends the concepts of a single lifetime.
